''Hieracium pringlei'', Pringle's hawkweed, is a North American plant species in the dandelion tribe within the sunflower family. It is native to Mexico with additional populations in Guatemala, Arizona, and New Mexico.〔(Biota of North America Program 2014 county distribution map )〕〔Beaman, J. H. 1990. Systematic Botany Monographs 29: 59.〕 ''Hieracium pringlei'' is an herb up to tall with woolly hairs, with leaves both on the stem and in a rosette at the bottom. Leaves are up to long, hairy, occasionally with teeth on the edges. One stalk can produce 3-20 flower heads in an flat-topped array.
